Update by Joe Morrow

I have researched this and it appears that Louis Bennet Beaubien Jr. was born around 1801, he is the son of Louis Bennet Beaubien Sr. and Therese Marie of Mackinac as indicated in his marriage to Christine Outapitakawinaw. Censue records indicate his age around 1801. This would indicate that both Louis Bennet Beaubiens Sr. and Jr. were in the Mackinac area in the mid 1820's. Also Therese Bennet Beaubien is really the daughter of Louis Bennet Beaubien Sr and Therese Marie of Mackinac.... so she would be Louis Bennet Beaubien jrs. sister.

Thanks Jim for compiling this information, I will file it with the Beaubien family in my tree.
